Errors or Crashes when detecting Hardware in OptionPowr 8 or later for Office 64 bit.
Problem:
Client is running OptionPower 8 64 bit or later and the hardware manager is searching for OptionFinder IQ base stations.
Solution: Click Hardware on the OptionPower tab, click Advanced Hardware Configuration, click Configure Auto-detect, remove the checkmark for OptionFinder IQ, click OK and try to detect your hardware again.
