No keypad responses being accepted during polling

Cause 1: The Source of Data is incorrect.

Solution 1:

• Open the System Checklist
• Click the button for Source of Data until it is green and reads Keypads

Cause 2 : The user has entered a multi-digit slide and doesn't have multi-digit capable keypads or is not pressing the Send key on the keypad

Solution 2: If you have G4, G3, IQ, Micro 3 or Micro+ keypads , press Send after entering a response during polling. If you have a different keypad platform, recreate the slide using one of the single-digit slide layouts. 

Cause 3: The Poll Counter Threshold %.is not set correctly

Solution 3:

• Right click on the slide and open the OptionPower Properties > Response Counter screen
• Check to make sure the Threshold (%) box is set to 100
• If it is not, select the "Automatically" radio button to enable the Threshold box and set the Threshold to 100.
• If necessary, reselect the "Manually" radio button

To prevent this from being set incorrectly on newly inserted slide, perform the following steps:

• Open the System > Preferences screen from the OptionPower ribbon bar
• Make sure that the "Threshold (%)" box in the "Poll Counter" area is set to 100 (or whatever the appropriate number is for your application)

Cause 4: Update Frequency % of Keypads control is set higher than the number of keypads that are responding.

Solution 4:

1. Click System on the OptionPower tab
2. Click Preferences
3. Set the Update Frequency % of Responses field to 0
