      Base Station Detected but No Keypad Numbers appear on the Keypad Test Screen and Keypads are not Responding

      Base Station Detected but No Keypad Numbers appear on the Keypad Test Screen and Keypads are not Responding

      Problem: The base station is set to Dynamic mode and the keypads are set to Static

      Solution:

      1. Click Hardware

      2. Click Base Station Settings

      3. Click Advanced

      4. Change the Mode to Static
