Error 91 appears when running a report

Cause: Polling prompt or response choice list is empty or has been removed from one or more slides. (When OP tries to generate the report, it extracts information about the prompt and response choices from the OP database to populate the Excel worksheet, if the data is missing, it errors.)

Solution: Add prompt or response choice text or remove slides with missing items from the report.
