The OptionPower tab does not appear in PowerPoint. When trying to load the Add-in manually in PowerPoint an error appears indicating that OptionPower is not a valid Office Add-in.
Cause: The user is running a 64-bit version of Office
Solution: Install OptionPower on a computer with a 32-bit version of Office. OptionPower is not compatible with 64-bit versions.
