The number on the response counter does not match the number of keypads defined in the Hardware setup or Keypad setup Wizard.
Cause 1: A Named Roster is active. If a roster is active, the number of keypads defined on a roster supersedes the number of keypads defined in the hardware settings.
Solution 1:
- On the OptionPower tab, click Rosters
- In the Generic Group, click the Anonymous and then click Activate
- Close the Roster Manager
Cause 2: The D key was pressed to reduce the number of active keypads. (or Decrease to Active was clicked on the right-click menu during the slide show) This applies to OptionPower 3.2 for Office 2003 only.
Solution 2: Start the slide show. Right-click and click Increase to maximum or just press I.
