How can I find what version of OptionPower I have installed on my computer:?
There are two ways...
Check the OptionPower Menu for the Version Number
You can open PowerPoint and check on the OptionPower menu. Here's how:
1. Open PowerPoint
2. Click on the OptionPower menu tab.
3. Click on the System tab (Cog Icon) and select "About"
4. The About OptionPower menu will appear and will show the current version number that is installed on your computer.
Check the list of installed Windows applications for the version number.
In Windows 10 here's how:
1. Click on the Window icon on the toolbar in the lower left corner of the screen.
2. Click on Windows settings (Cog Icon).
3. Click on "Apps and Features" to view the list of installed programs
4. Scroll down through the list alphabetically to find OptionPower.
5. Click on OptionPower. On the left it will tell you the version number (e.g. 7.014.03)
In Windows 8 here's how:
1. Right click the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your desktop toolbar
2. Select "Programs and Features" from the drop down menu.
3. Scroll down the alphabetical list of installed applications and find "OptionPower"
4. The version number will be displayed in a column headed "Version" to the left.
In Windows 7 here's how:
1. Click on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of your desktop toolbar
2. Click "Control Panel"
3. Click "Programs"
4. Click "Programs and Features"
5. Scroll downs the alphabetical list of installed applications to find "OptionPower"
6. The version number will be displayed in a column to the left of the name OptionPower.
